Billy Townsley

The Who: Quick-witted and fast to the punch line, Billy is ‘The Master of Procurement’, locating the exact items to individualize each event’s theme. Billy is invested in maintaining the quality of the company, ensuring that clients are not just satisfied, but delighted with the results.

The Why: Billy sees beauty in the bones of an object, a gift that pairs well with the Townsley team’s ability to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. The result? An inventory unmatched in the event world.

Lily Kuo Gonzales

The Who: Packing major style into all her designs and the passion she brings to each and every project, Lily is there from initial concept to fabulously finished product. Her posh events range from grand weddings, classically styled parties, to sumptuously ground-breaking charity events. For almost a decade she has been reinventing inventiveness.

The Why: Is it better to be left or right brained? Why choose? Lily commands both sides, bringing sharp analytical skills as well as killer style to every design. Textile obsessed and detail focused, she adds her signature of chic personalized graphic elements to each event.

Joanna Kerbel

The Who: A young newcomer to the events scene, Joanna has pushed the envelope from day one. Using her 5+ years of experience in retail management coupled with her natural creative instincts, Joanna thrives in this fast paced, energetic, and innovative environment. When she's not on one of our fabulous event sites, you will find Joanna using her natural creative edge to design custom graphics and signage that can be seen throughout many of our featured events. The Why: Her ability to look at things in a unique and unfiltered way makes Joanna a key element in our design process. Her methodical and hands-on approach to things coupled with her no-excuses attitude is what we know and love best. 

John Burks

The Who: Dedicating more than half his life to the event business has not stemmed John Burks’ torrent of dramatic and creative verve. A non-conformist, Burks believes firmly in the sensation of innovation. Each of his projects is original from simple facades to fully lit show stopping signs, and spectacular one-of-a-kind props.

The Why: Burks continually jumps into the latest and greatest project with the top coordinators in Texas.
